    What is MDM?

    MDM stands for "Mobile Device Management," which means "Mobile Device Management." This was the predecessor term to EMM, which is still widely used in the market. In practice, MDM and EMM mean the same thing. MDM software is the software used to manage smartphones, tablets, and even laptops, ensuring the protection of corporate information on company or personal devices.

    What is UEM?

    UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) is an approach that allows for the unified management and protection of all devices within an organization, such as computers, smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices. It integrates various management technologies, offering security, automation, centralized visibility, and an improved user experience. It is essential for simplifying administration and ensuring security in work environments with multiple devices and operating systems.

    What is BYOD?

    BYOD is the policy of allowing employees to use their own devices at work. The acronym stands for "Bring Your Own Device" and is adopted by many companies worldwide, thus enabling cost reductions in equipment acquisition and giving employees the freedom to work with the device they like and are already familiar with.

    How does the urmobo solution work?

    Through a web console, all management, administration, and monitoring of mobile devices is done. {For this to be possible, enrollment of the devices is necessary through configuration or agent installation.}

    Which operating systems can I manage?

    Urmobo is capable of managing Android devices with operating system version 6 or higher, using Android Enterprise. We also manage Android devices with versions lower than 6 in legacy mode, with the oldest supported version being 4.4. In addition, we support iOS, iPadOS, Chrome OS, Windows Desktop from version 7 onwards, Linux, as well as Windows Mobile and CE, still used in older data collectors.

    What IT infrastructure does my company need?

    All you need is a device (Desktop/Notebook/Tablet) connected to the internet to access the management console.

    How does licensing work?

    Licensing is per managed device, available in monthly or annual SaaS models. The monthly model has no minimum commitment period, allowing you to adjust the number of licenses according to demand. The annual model has a minimum commitment of 12 months. Urmobo is available in Dash, FIT, Pro, and ADV versions.
