“We wanted to use user certification, but the previous platform didn't meet that demand. Urmobo not only did it, but we also saw a reduction of about 20% in subscription costs after migrating,” says Valter Bortolin Junior, support analyst at Coopercitrus, one of Brazil's largest cooperatives in the sale of agricultural inputs, machinery, implements, and field technology, which has 990 active mobile devices distributed throughout the country. With 45 years of experience, Coopercitrus uses Urmobo's solution and modernizes its activities with the help of technology. At trade fairs like Balcão do Agronegócio, where orders were previously written down by sales consultants on pads before being submitted, and where pamphlets and price lists were printed in large quantities, the process is now done directly digitally, thanks to MDM management. “Now we print less paper, which helps the environment, generating savings of almost R$ 40, and we no longer have the expenses of 1.600 overtime hours that we had for each event, to finalize the launch of sales in the system. And everything is done on the spot, there's no need to wait days,” compares Bortolin. The offline file folder with automatic synchronization of updates when online is another feature that optimizes work, especially in rural areas without internet access.
